Our system combines Google Forms and Google Sheets:
- 📋 Google Form → Used by your staff to record inventory activities.
- 📊 Google Sheet Dashboard → Automatically updates with reports, KPIs, and charts.
Everything updates in real-time and can be accessed from anywhere.
2️⃣ Recording Inventory (Using the Form)
Whenever stock activity happens, open the form link we provide to record details.
You’ll record:
- ✅ Item Name – Choose or enter the product.
- ✅ Category – e.g., Electronics, Clothing, Drinks.
- ✅ Action Type – Select one: Sale, Restock, Return, Damage.
- ✅ Quantity – Number of items.
- ✅ Price (if applicable) – Selling or cost price.
👉 Every entry updates your inventory automatically in the system.
3️⃣ Viewing Your Inventory
Use the Dashboard or Inventory Sheet to see current stock and reports like:
- 🔹 Stock balance by item
- 🔹 Total sales, restocks, damages, returns
- 🔹 Daily summaries
- 🔹 Visual charts (sales distribution and trends)
The dashboard is read-only to prevent accidental changes.
