Rocket Host Influencer Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation as an influencer or brand ambassador for Rocket Host. By accepting a campaign or promoting our services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.
1. Engagement Overview
Rocket Host engages the influencer to promote specific services or campaigns through agreed digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, blogs, etc.).
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Own or manage a verified digital platform (social media, blog, or similar)
- Have an active audience relevant to Rocket Host’s services
- Provide accurate identity and contact information
3. Scope of Work
Influencer agrees to:
- Create and post content as per campaign brief
- Include appropriate hashtags, mentions, tags (e.g.,
#RocketHost, @rockethost)
- Share content on specified platforms within the timeline
- Submit content for review (if required)
Rocket Host reserves the right to approve or request changes before content is published.
4. Compensation & Payments
Payment terms depend on the agreement (cash, affiliate earnings, or service trade).
Options include:
- Fixed fee per campaign or post
- Commission per lead or sale (affiliate tracking link provided)
- Free services or exclusive perks in exchange for promotion
Payments are made via [Bank/M-Pesa/PayPal] within 7–14 business days of fulfilling deliverables, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Reporting & Transparency
Influencer must:
- Share engagement metrics (views, clicks, likes, comments)
- Provide screenshots or reports within 3 days post-campaign
- Ensure full disclosure (#ad, #sponsored) where applicable by law
6. Confidentiality
All campaign briefs, strategy details, and internal communication are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Make false or exaggerated claims
- Promote Rocket Host alongside competitors in the same post
- Use offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content
- Share referral links in misleading ways (spam, bots, forced clicks)
Rocket Host may terminate your involvement for breach of these terms.
8. Content Ownership & Rights
- Influencer retains rights to original content
- Rocket Host is granted royalty-free rights to reuse, repost, or promote the influencer’s content across its platforms and marketing materials (with credit)
9. Term & Termination
- This agreement remains valid until the campaign ends or either party terminates in writing
- Rocket Host may terminate the agreement immediately if the influencer breaches any term
10. Disclaimers
Rocket Host is not responsible for:
- Platform-related issues (e.g., social media outages)
- Delays caused by third-party tools or technical faults
- Audience response or conversions
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of UK laws. Disputes will be resolved through mediation before legal action is taken.

Acceptance
By participating in any Rocket Host campaign or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

- Exclusivity clause (e.g., no competing promotions during the campaign)
- Tax responsibility note (influencer handles their own taxes)
